Pudina Paneer
Ingredients
1. 1/2 bunch fresh Pudina leaves
2. 3 Onions, finely chopped
3. 250 gms. Paneer
4. 1/4 tsp. Turmeric powder
5. 3/4 tsp. Red Chilli powder
6. 3/4 tsp. Garam Masala
7. Salt to taste
8. 4 tsp. Oil
9. 2 Tomatoes, chopped
Method:
- Cut the tomatoes into 4 big pieces. Remove the pulp. Chop into
tiny pieces. Keep pulp aside.
- Cut paneer into 1/2" cubes.
- Heat oil. Add onions and fry. Add tomato pulp and cook for 1-2 minutes till pulp is dry. Add paneer and finely chopped pudina and tomato pieces. Add garam masala. Cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
