Mutton Fry
Ingredients
Mutton 1/2 kg
Small Madras Onion 100 gms
Tomato big one
Ginger Garlic paste 2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Chilli power 3 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt
Oil 25gms
Method:
- Clean mutton, in a cooker add mutton add small onion, tomato, ginger garlic
paste turmeric powder salt, mix together and preasure cook for 10 to 15
minutes. Remove from cooker when the mutton is fully boiled.
- In a kadai add oil when the oil is warm add curry leaves and add the boiled
mutton and add the chilli powder stir and close. When the gravy thicken add the pepper powder and coriander leaves.
