Pineapple rasam

Ingredients

Pineapples cut and sliced roughly - 1 cup
Rasam powder - 1 tbsps
Salt to taste
Corainder leaves for garnishing.

Method:

  1. Boil the pineapples in water for about 10 mins till you feel that the pineapple is throuoghly soaked in water.
  2. Blend this in the mixture and keep the juice aside. Dilute this juice with lots of water and boil with salt and rasam powder for 5 mins, put off the gas. Just before you want to serve, boil this rasam once again for 5 mins, add coriander leaves and serve hot!

Believe me!! Its just a fantastic idea and the most interesting part is your gurstes wont be able to guess what rasam it is!
