Try this out. Pineapple Rasam for an appetiser since soups are not a very big hit as everyone feels that they are too filling to be had as an appetiser, so try
this out.

Pineapple rasam
Ingredients
Pineapples cut and sliced roughly - 1 cup
Rasam powder - 1 tbsps
Salt to taste
Corainder leaves for garnishing.
Method:
- Boil the pineapples in water for about 10 mins till you feel that the
pineapple is throuoghly soaked in water.
- Blend this in the mixture and keep the juice aside. Dilute this juice with lots of water and boil with salt and rasam powder for 5 mins, put off the gas. Just before you want to serve, boil this rasam once again for 5 mins, add coriander leaves and serve hot!
Believe me!! Its just a fantastic idea and the most interesting part is your gurstes wont be able to guess what rasam it is!
