Shahi Baingan Kabab

Ingredients

1. Big Baingan
2. 2 Onions
3. 4 Tomato
4. 1/2 cup Tomato Puree
5. 6 piece Garlic
6. 1 small piece Ginger
7. 1 Tbs Garam Masala
8. some leaves of Coriander
9. 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli
10. 4 Greeen Chillies
11. 1/2 tbs Salt
12. 1/4 spoon Jeera
13. 1/2 cup Curd
14. 1/4 spoon Haldi and Dhania
15. pinch of Hing
16. 2 tbs of Amul Butter
17. 1 tbs Lemon Juice

Method:

  1. Fry baingan after removing the outer cover.
  2. Take a big pan and heat some oil along with hing. Put some jeera, garlic, ginger and mix it. Put onions and deep fry it. When the onions become red add tomatoes.
  3. Add masalas like red chilli, salt, dhania powder and haldi powder and mix it properly. Add baingan with curd, tomato puree and mix it thoroughly after becoming reddish in colour put garam masala coriander leaves and butter. Shahi brinjal kabab is ready to serve.
