Groundnut Cutlets
Ingredients
2 cups Groundnuts (roasted and coarsely powdered)
1 large Onion (finely chopped)
4 slices Bread (soaked in water and drained)
4-5 Green Chillies
Coriander leaves
1/2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste
Salt to taste
2-3 tbsp Maida (add water to make thick batter as for batata wadas)
Method:
Mix all together to form a thick mixture. Make balls. Press, dip in maida
paste and deep fry in oil till golden brown.
