Masala Paneer

Ingredients

250 gms Paneer cut into small size
3 / 4 medium sized Tomatoes cut in 8 pieces each
2 medium Onions cut in medium size
6 Green Chillies cut lengthwise
1 Capsicum cut into small long pieces
2 spoonful Amchur powder
1 spoonful Garam Masala
1/4 spoonful Black Pepper
Salt as per need
1/4 spoonful Cumin (jeera)
1/2 spoonful Dhania powder (coriander)
2 teaspoonful Cooking Oil
25 gms Ginger grated
25 gms Garlic grated
1 spoon Deghi Mirch

Method:

  1. Put the frying pan heat and put cooking oil followed by cumin and coriander.
  2. Now put garlic and let it turn brown and put ginger grated in pan. Now put onions in the pan and fry for 6 minutes. Put tomatoes in the pan and as also salt, amchur, garam masala and black pepper and deghi mirch.
  3. Now put capsicum pieces in it. Heat for 5 minutes till the time tomatoes are soft. Now put paneer into the mixture and heat for 3 minutes as also put green chillies. If like put fresh dhania leaves on preparation and serve in transparent bowl.

Combimation with this dish is masaledar yellow and papar roasted green salad should be preferred as combination like cucumber/cabbage for taste.
