Spanish Omlette
Ingredients
1. Egg 8
2. Peas boiled 100gm
3. Carrot greated and steamed 100gm
4. Cabbage greated and steamed 100gm
5. Onion chopped 100gm
6. Green Chillies chopped 4
7. Tomato chopped 50gm
8. Oil 2 tblsp
9. Salt to taste
Method:
- Whip egg. Add salt and vegetables.
- Heat oil in a tawa. Pour mixture and spread. Cover with a lid. Cook about three minutes in medium flame or under side is brown colour.
- Turn over and cook for one minute.
- Serve hot with bread toast.
