recipe for Seven Cup Cake, I would like to share.

Seven Cup Cake
Ingredients
1 cup Chenna Dal [Besan] powder
1 cup Ghee
1 cup Coconut [fresh]
1 cup Milk
2 to 2 1/2 cup Sugar
Method
- Add little ghee & fry Chenna Dal powder for 5 mts & keep it aside.
- Fry coconut [till it becomes warm]
- In a pan add sugar & milk. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Now add
chenna powder,coconut,ghee & stir it well until it leaves the pan.
- Greese the plate with ghee & pour the paste & cut it into pieces
- Store it in a box & serve along with tea/coffee.
