Coconut Burfi
Ingredients
Coconut, grated or desiccated :1 cup
Sugar 3/4 cup
Milk 1 cup
Ghee optional
Method:
- Take a pan & fry coconut in ghee slighty.
- Then add sugar and mix it well.
- Add milk to it and stir well. Let it boil till all milk evaparates and it becomes semi solid.
- Grease a plate and pour the mixture into it. Leave it still till it becomes a bit dry.
- Cut it into diamond shape when it cools down. Enjoy cooking!
