I am Prabha. I am so happy to get a lot of response to my recipe of mutton chops. Encouraged by the response of my bawarchi friends, here is another mouth watering recipe from the land of Nepal.

Gurkhali Chutney

Ingredients

Boiled Potato 500 gms
Roasted Sesame (til) 100 gms
Lemon Juice 2-3 tsps
10-12 chopped Green Chillies
3 medium size Onions sliced thinly
2 Radish (optional) sliced thinly
3 Tomatoes cut into cubes
4 tsp chopped Coriander
Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cube the boled potato.
  2. Powder the roasted til.
  3. Mix all the ingredients and add lemon juice. Mix well.
  4. It can be eaten as a snack. Serve with roti as a vegetable.
