Gurkhali Chutney
Ingredients
Boiled Potato 500 gms
Roasted Sesame (til) 100 gms
Lemon Juice 2-3 tsps
10-12 chopped Green Chillies
3 medium size Onions sliced thinly
2 Radish (optional) sliced thinly
3 Tomatoes cut into cubes
4 tsp chopped Coriander
Salt to taste
Method:
- Cube the boled potato.
- Powder the roasted til.
- Mix all the ingredients and add lemon juice. Mix well.
- It can be eaten as a snack. Serve with roti as a vegetable.
