Hi!
I am Aswini Syamanur with another recipe.

E-mail : Ashwini.Syamanur@proactcorp.com

Paratas

Ingredients

Wheat Flour -2 1/2 glass
Red Chilli Powder 4 spoons or more as u like
Cumin seeds -2 spoons
Spinach 1 pack
Salt 3 spoons or according to tase
Onions -1 big one (finely choopped)]
Oil 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Wash and chop spinach, cook it in microwave with very little water so that you no need to drain that water.
  2. Mix all the ingredients, oil 1 tbsp and spinach into a dough as you do for chapathis. Be careful while adding water as spinach is cooked and has water, if needed can add the left over water of cooked spinach if left.
  3. Once the dough is ready you make small balls of this dough and roll them as you do for chapathis. If dough is sticky use oil while making small balls.
  4. Bake the rolled chapathis with oil. If you make it spicy according to your taste you no need curry with this paratas.

Note: Can even replace spinach with methi leaves (but no need to cook the methi leaves just wash and chop them finely). Enjoy!
