Kamli's Chutney
Ingredients
10-12 flakes of Garlic
1 small Tomato
a small bunch of fresh green Coriander
8-10 Green Chillies
1 tsp. of Jeera
A pinch of Asafoetida
Pinch of Sugar
Pinch of Turmeric
and salt to taste
Method:
- Cut the tomato into half. Roughly chop the coriander.
- Cut the chillies into smaller pieces.
- Put the above into a grinder and add the rest of the ingredients and grind to fine paste.
- Add a little water if the chutney's too thick!!
Tastes great for a change!! A Chutney without coconut!!
