Coconut Chutney
Ingredients
1 fresh shredded Coconut
3-4 Green Chillies or more
Some Coriander leaves
1 Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
Little water
Method:
- In a blender blend toghether coconut, chillies, coriander leaves and some water.
- Finally add lemon juice and salt.
- Can be used fresh or frozen for 3-4 days
Options: You can replace red chillies instead of green ones and omit coriander leaves to allow nice pinkish colour. Goes well with bajias.
