I am from Mrs.Natarajan, Mumbai. This poha vadai is very quick to make, doesn't need any grinding and remains very crisp for a long time.

Poha Vadai
Ingredients
One cup Puffed Rice (jada poha)
2 tablespoon Gramflour (besan)
3-4 Green Chillies
1 pinch Asafoetida
2 tbsp Coriander leaves
A piece of Ginger
Salt according to taste.
200 gms Oil to fry.
Method:
- Clean and wash the poha and drain all the water. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
- In the meantime cut green chillies, ginger and coriander leaves finely and mix with the poha. Add salt and asafoetida powder and besan. Mix well with light hands.
- Deep fry in oil till golden brown as small vadas. Can be eaten with any chutney or sauce.
