Tomato Chutney

Ingredients

Tomatoes 5-6
Red Chillies 3-4 (according to your taste)
Chana dal 1 tsp
Urad dal 1 tsp
Rai 1 tsp
Jeera 1 tsp
Methi 1 tsp
Tamarind lemon size
Oil

For Seasoning:

Oil, Rai, Hing

Method:

  1. Take oil in a pan, put rai, jeera, meethi, chana dal urad dal, red chillies. Later put tomatoes cook until tomatoes are soft put salt and tamarind. Let it cool. Later grind the whole into paste.
  2. Season it with rai and hing.
  3. Enjoy it with idlis, dosas and rice.
