I am Kamal Wadhwani and I live in New York, here is recipe for those who love salads. It is a very simple and a very healty salad and following is what you need.

Moong Salad
Ingredients
1/2 cup Moong
1 big Potato
1 Cucumber
1 Carrot
1 Tomato
1/4 cup Green Peas
1 Beet Root
1" Ginger
1/2 cup Pineapple chunks
Few fresh Mint leaves
Few Coriander leaves
Method:
- Soak the moong in water for an hour and then boil it till it is soft and done.
- Boil the potato.
- Chop all the above ingredients in small cubicals and mix them together.
- Garnish it with mint, coriander and minced ginger.
- Refrigerate it for an hour and eat it chilled. It Tastes Good.
