Baingan Ka Bharta
Ingredients
1 large Eggplant
10 Button Mushrooms
1/2 cup Green Peas
2 large Onions
2' Ginger
4-6 Garlic flakes
2 Tomato
Oil
Salt
Garam-Masala and Chilli Powder.
Method:
- Roast the eggplant in a oven. Peel the skin and churn it in a blender.
- In a kadhai heat oil. Fry onions till golden, add ginger and garlic paste to it. Saute for some time then add the mushroom and green peas. Add salt, chilli powder and garam masala. Add the tomato also. Cook for 4 minutes and then add the roasted eggplant. Cook for some more time.
- Serve hot with Rotis or Nans or Paratrhas.
