Ridgegourd Chutney
Method:
- Scrape the skin of ridge gourd (6 pieces ) roast them with a pinch of oil , ensure they are properly roasted.
- Half a piece of fresh coconut cut into small pieces.
- Roast white til 100 gms and grind them separately.
- Add all together, 5 Green Chillies, Salt in grinder, add water to attain proper consistency.
- Serve as chutney.
