Ridgegourd Chutney

Method:

  1. Scrape the skin of ridge gourd (6 pieces ) roast them with a pinch of oil , ensure they are properly roasted.
  2. Half a piece of fresh coconut cut into small pieces.
  3. Roast white til 100 gms and grind them separately.
  4. Add all together, 5 Green Chillies, Salt in grinder, add water to attain proper consistency.
  5. Serve as chutney.
