Corn Chat
Ingredients
Tinned Corn 1 tin or fresh corn kernels - 200 gms
Green Chillies- 3 to 4
Onions -2
Jeera-1 tsp
Salt
Oil-2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves.
Method:
- If using tinned corn open the tin and put the corn in a colander and wash it thoroughly and keep it aside for some time so that the water drains away.
- If using fresh corn boil it and separate the corn kernels.
- In a pan pour oil and add jeera so that it splutters. Then add the chillies and onions and fry for sometime.
- Add the corn, salt, chilli powder and garam masala and fry for some time.
- After turning off the stove add the coriander leaves and serve very hot. Makes a very favorite starter.
