Aloo Cheese Cutlets

Ingredients

Potatoes Medium size No.-10
Cheese Gouda 200 gms.
One medium size Onion fine chopped
Fresh Coriander leaves fine chopped
Salt to taste
Red Chilli powder to taste
Garam Masala to taste
Oil to fry
Corn Flour 2tbsp
Bread Crumbs to coat the cutlets
75 gms. Black Raisins - soak in the water for some time and then chop it

Method:

  1. Boil the potatoes, mash them nicely and keep it aside and allow them to cool.
  2. Grate the cheese, add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, black raisins and mashed potatoes. Make medium size balls.
  3. Take a bowl put little bit of water in the corn flour and make semi thick batter.
  4. Heat the oil in the wok or kadai. Dip the potato balls in the batter coat with bread crumbs and deep fry them.
  5. Eat and serve when they're sizzling hot.
