Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients

Bread - 8 slices
Cheese - 4 slices
Grated Paneer - 2 tablespoon
Chopped Onion- 2 tablespoon
Chopped Tomato - 1 tablespoon
Chopped Cucumber -1 tablespoon
Chopped Cabbage-1 tablespoon
Chopped Boiled Potato - 1
Chopped Green Chillies - 2
Chopped Spinach -1 tablespoon
Chopped Coirander - 1 tabspoon
Black Pepper powder-1 teaspoon
Jeera Powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Ghee a little

Method:

  1. Mix Paneer and all other ingredients except bread and cheese.
  2. Divide this mixture into 4 parts.
  3. Take a bread slice and place cheese slice over it. Then spread one part of paneer mixture over cheese slice. Place another bread slice over it.
  4. Brush ghee on both the sides of sandwich and grill it in a sandwich toaster. Quick cheese sandwich is ready.
  5. Tomato Ketchup or Dhania Chutney can be served with it.
