This is Geeta again. I tried some of the recipes from Bawarchi. They are contributed from different sections of the world. They really comes out good. Thanks to Bawarchi for making this world small. This time I am sending a recipe for eggless brownies.

Eggless Brownies
Ingredients
Mix 3 cups (the 8 oz. measurement) of Maida
2 cups Sugar
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tbsp. Cocoa powder
Method:
- In another bowl mix 3/4 cup oil, 1 tsp.vanilla essence, 2 tbsp.vinegar, 2 cups cold water.
- Add the wet Ingredients to the dry mixture & mix very well.
- Bake in pre heated oven for 375 o F for 40 minutes.
