Potato-N-Beans
Ingredients
Potatoes large - 2
French Beans - 12
Curd - 3 tsp
Tomato pulp - 2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Dairy Cream - 2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1tsp
Chopped Coriander - 1 tsp
Onion large - 1
Turmeric powder - pinch
Grated Coconut - 2 tsp
Butter - 3 tsp
Salt - to taste
Method:
- Peal & cut Potatoes into small chunks.
- String beans & cut them up fairly large pieces.
- Slice onion finely.
- Heat butter in a kadai & fry onions till golden brown.
- Mix curd, tomato pulp, garam masala powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder and fry for sometime.
- Add potato chunks & beans.
- Pour in about 2 cups of water. Add salt to taste. Allow it to slimmer on slow fire till cooked. Mix in cream.
- Pour out into serving bowl & sprinkle grated coconut & coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with Chappathi.
