Meat Roast
Ingredients
Meat - 1/2 kg.
Pepper - 6-7 nos.
Dried Chillies-2-3 nos.
Ginger Garlic paste- 1 &1/2 tsp.
Ghee-2 tsp.
Salt to taste.
Method:
- Heat ghee in a pan. Add the pepper, dried Chillies and the ginger garlic paste. Fry till done.
- Now add the sliced meat. Add salt. Stir well.
- Now add 1/4 cup of water. Cook for 25 mins in simmer flame.
- Serve with rice.
