Chutney Powder
Ingredients
Oil : 2 tsp
Bengal Gram dhal : 1/2 cup
Black Gram dhal : 1/2 cup
Coconut grated : 1/2 cup
Red Chillies : 12 Nos
Asafoetida : 1/2 tssp
Tamarind : Amla size
Salt : to taste
Curry leaves : few Nos
Method:
- Roast dry the Bengal Gram Dhal, Black Gram dhal and the grated coconut.
- Fry the red chillies and the aasfoetida powder in the 2 tsp oil.
- Mix all the ingredients together and powder fine. Add salt.
- Store in an airtight jar.
- Serve with hot rice and dosai with ghee.
