My name is Preeti and I am back with my second recipe called Soya Palak which is my Husband's favourite. Hope you all like it.

Soya Palak

Ingredients

1 bunch of Spinach
50 gram Neutrela (Soya Beans)
1 Onion
2 medium size Tomato
1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
3-4 Green Chillies
1 tsp Kitchen King Masala
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 Coriander powder
2 tblsp Oil
Salt as per taste

Method:

  1. Clean, wash and chop Palak and boil it in water and add little salt to it and then allow it to cool. Also boil Soya Beans separately.
  2. Chop the onion finely and in a pan put oil and then put chopped onions to it. Cook till they become transparent. Then add ginger garlic paste and chopped green chillies. Cook for one min. and then add kitchen king masala and turmeric and coriander powder to it. Make tomato puree and add the same to it.
  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes and then add the soya beans to it. Cook for some time. In the meantime make rought paste of palak and add it to the pan. Add little salt if required and cook till it is done.
  4. Serve it with roti or paratha.
