Brain Fry
Ingredients
Brain 1 No.
Green Chilli - 3 or 4 Nos.
Coriander Leaves (Kothmir) - =BC of Bunch
Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1/2 tbl spn
Spices (powder) - =1/2 tbl spn
Oil or Ghee 4 tblspn
One Small Onion
Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash/Clean brain properly & make small pieces.
- Grind green chilli & coriander leaves together to paste form
- Chop onion very slicely.
- Heat ghee or oil in a pan and add onion, when it becomes brown add Ginger-Garlic paste.
- After 2 minutes add brain pieces & the grind paste of green chilli. Add salt & spices (garam masala) powder. Add 1/2 cup of water and fry till 15 - 20 minutes on medium flame so that the water dries.
- Serve hot with hot parathas in breakfast.
Shelf-life: 24 hrs.
