Hi,
My name is Dakshaini and I live with my husband in California near L.A. I was born in South India but I grew up in Singapore so I'm exposed to a lot of South-East Asian foods. Here is a couple of favourite dishes of my husband Anand. They are simple yet delicious and if you are familiar with the Thai Yellow Curry you might like this. E-mail me at dhach@mediaone.net. If you liked the dishes or would like me to contribute more South-East Asian dishes.
