Fried Mushroom
Ingredients
White Mushroom - 1 cup
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Chopped ginger
Cumin seeds
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chillies powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric a pinch
Chopped green chillies 3-4
Chopped coriander leaves
Garam masala powder
Oil
Salt to taste
Method:
- Clean and cut the mushroom into small pieces and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in kadhai.Add cumin seeds and becomes cracks and add Onion until light brown. Add ginger,green chillies,coriander powder, turmeric powder and cook for one minutes.
- Add tomatoes and red chillies powder and cook till for 5 minutes.Add Mushroom and cover cook for another 10 minutes.
- Add garam masala powder and open the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove from fire and Then add coriander leaves.
- Your Fried Mushroom is ready to be server with rice.
