Fried Mushroom

Ingredients

White Mushroom - 1 cup
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Chopped ginger
Cumin seeds
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chillies powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric a pinch
Chopped green chillies 3-4
Chopped coriander leaves
Garam masala powder
Oil
Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Clean and cut the mushroom into small pieces and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in kadhai.Add cumin seeds and becomes cracks and add Onion until light brown. Add ginger,green chillies,coriander powder, turmeric powder and cook for one minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes and red chillies powder and cook till for 5 minutes.Add Mushroom and cover cook for another 10 minutes.
  4. Add garam masala powder and open the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from fire and Then add coriander leaves.
  6. Your Fried Mushroom is ready to be server with rice.
