Ham Rolls
Ingredients
1" width ham 4 to 5
Seedless Dates 4-5
Cashewnuts 4-5
1 tsp Cornflour past
Breadcrumb 1 tsp
Toothpicks
Method:
- Stuff the cashew in a date.
- Make the thin paste of cornfloor.
- Cut the ham into 1" strips. Dip them in to cornflour paste and roll them in breadcrumbs. Shallow fry. Wipe with tissue paper. Put stuffed date in the centre and fix the roll with a toothpick.
- Serve with hot chutney.
