Ginger Chutney
Ingredients
8 tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 tablespoon Sugar
120 grams fresh Ginger Root, finely chopped
1/2 cup golden Raisins
1 Garlic clove, minced
Salt to taste
Method:
- Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend to a smooth puree.
- Transfer the mixture to a small serving dish and chill untill ready to serve. Eat within 2 days.
