Hai,Everyone,
My name is Kavitha and I live in Sydney with my husband and my baby who is 4 months old. Today I'am contributing a light snack called Rava Pakodas.

Rava Pakodas

Ingredients

1 cup -- Semoline Coarse
3 spoons -- Curd
1 small -- Onion finely chopped
1 -- GreenChillies finely chopped
Salt to taste.
Oil for frying

Method

  1. Mix Semoline,curd and make into a paste not too thick and not too thin.
  2. Now put the onions,chillies and salt along with a pich of eating soda.
  3. If the mix is too thin then you can mix a bit of rice flour as well,if not it is not necessary.
  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan,drop small balls of the paste into the oil and fry till the pakodas are golden brown in color then remove them from the oil and serve them hot with chillie sauce.
  5. It is an ideal snack with tea or coffee and does not take much time.
