Hi,
I am Sonal, reciding in Pune with my husband. I am working in a software firm, but cooking is something i enjoy and which is a source of relaxation to me rather than a burden (except ofcourse, if i am not juggling with the deadlines in my office!). This is my first recipe, something which will take just a few minutes to cook. I love it and hope you all will find it good too.

Green Filler Salad

Ingredients

Cottage Cheese - 2 cups
Cabbage leaves - 5-6
Cucumbers - 1 small sized
Tomatoes - Half cup
Onions - 1/4 th cup
Green Chilli - 1
Lime Juice - 2 tea spoons
Green Peas - 1/4 th cup
Button Mushrooms - 1/4 th cup
Grated Cheese - 3 teaspoon
Coriander & mint leaves - 1/4 th cup
Salt & pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Boil the green peas till nearly done
  2. Grate the cottage cheese
  3. Chop cabbage leaves, tomatoes, onions, Mushrooms, cucumbers & chilli
  4. Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl
  5. Add the seasoning & lemon juice & refrigerate for 15-20 minutes

Serving: serve with grated cheese & chopped coriander & mint eaves

Serves 2 people with good appetite
