Walnut Barfi
Ingredients
Walnut powder: 1 Cup
Vanilla Wafers or Marie biscuits powder: 1 Cup
(Note: You can crush them finely or coarsly according to your taste)
Condensed Milk: 1/2 Cup approximately.
Nutmeg and Cardamom Powder according to your taste.
Method:
- Mix together all the ingredients.
- It should be like a dough.
- Spread it on to a plate or sheet.
- Refrigerate for 10 mins and cut into squares or any shape you want.
