Mix Veg Kababs
Ingredients
Cooked rice (left over) -1/2 cup
Dal (any leftover) - 1 cup
Capsicum 1- finly chopped
Carrots- 1, Grated
Onions- 2 chopped
Tomatoes - 2 choped.
Cauliflower- Grated 1/2 cup
Ginger/Garlic paste- 1tsp
Coriander leaves- chopped finely.
Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Garam masala -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Amchoor - 1 tsp
Gram flour - 2 tablespoon
1 bread slice
Oil for frying
Method:
- Mix all the ingredints.
- Make balls of desired shape & size
- Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the balls till crisp
- Can be served with tomato sause or dhaniya chutney
