very tasty and easy to make. This is a favourite for myself and my
husband. This I learned from my mother. I hope all those who try these

Curry Leaves Sambar
Ingredients
Curry Leaves : 1 cup
Tamarind Paste : 1 tsp
Red Chillis : 5 Nos
Urad Dhall : 2 tsp
Mustard Seeds : 1/4 tsp
Hing : a pinch
Salt : 1 tsp
Oil : 1 tsp
turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
curry leaves ( garnish) : 5 leaves
Method:
- Fru Urad dhall,red chilli and hing in oil.
- Wet grind the above mixture with curry leaves, tamarind paste, and salt.
- Boil the above with 2 cups of water.
- Heat some oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds and add curry leaves, add the
is to the sambhar.
Serve with hot rice with gingeky oil. and dosai or idli.
