Pineapple Potato Salad
Ingredients
5 large potatoes
two celery stalks
1 packet of frozen mixed vegetables
i can chunk pineapple
i large onion
itbs of mustard ground
4 tbs of mayonaise
1tbs sugar
1teaspoon vinegar
Method:
- Dice potatoes and cook until tender not too soft.
- Add frozen veges when the potatoes are almost done.
- Drain and run cold water on it.
- Chop onions, celery.
- In a large bowl mix all of these ingredients the onions, celery salt and pepper to taste ground mustard, pineapples,
now add the drained potatoes and veges.
- Mix well careful not to mash.
- Then add mayonaise stir until mixed well.
- Place in a fancy bowl garnish with paprika and a sprig of parsley.
refrigerate.
