Brinjal Chutney
Ingredients
1 - big brinjal (Purple)
2/3 Green Chilly
little Rai
little Jeera
Little Coconut
little ginger and garlic
Method
- Boil brinjal full in the cooker and then remove the skin from the
brinjal then roast rai little and then grind all the masala (green
chilly, jeera, rai, coconut, ginger and garlic. with brinjal .
Ready to serve
Its yummy to taste
It goes well with rice or chappathi.
