Besan Coconut Burfi

Ingredients

3 cups Sugar
2 cups Ghee
1 cup milk
1 cup coconut
1 cupt besan

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a pan and heat them in medium flame.
  2. Keep stirring continuously to remove lumps.
  3. When the mixture begins to leave the sides of the pan, grease a plate with some ghee and pour the mixture in it.
  4. It takes about 25-30 minutes appox on the flame.
  5. Let it cool down for a while and then cut them into small diamonds or squares.
