Besan Coconut Burfi
Ingredients
3 cups Sugar
2 cups Ghee
1 cup milk
1 cup coconut
1 cupt besan
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together in a pan and heat
them in medium flame.
- Keep stirring continuously to remove lumps.
- When the
mixture begins to leave the sides of the pan, grease a
plate with some ghee and pour the mixture in it.
- It
takes about 25-30 minutes appox on the flame.
- Let it
cool down for a while and then cut them into small
diamonds or squares.
