Palak Kabab

Ingredients

1 bunch finally chopped Spinach
1 inch ginger paste.
4 to 5 pices of garlic paste.
2,3 Green Chilis paste.
1 chopped onion.
1 cup Mug Dal. (Yellow)

Method

  1. To bribe (to wet) mug dal 4 to 5 hours and then grind it.
  2. Mix the chopped Spinach, 1 chopped onion, garlic paste, ginger paste, grind mug Dal, green chillis paste, sault.
  3. Give steam to make it dry.Then cut it into small roll like kabab.
  4. Make deep fry or top fry .

Serve hot it with Green Chutney or with Tomato Ketchup.
