Palak Kabab
Ingredients
1 bunch finally chopped Spinach
1 inch ginger paste.
4 to 5 pices of garlic paste.
2,3 Green Chilis paste.
1 chopped onion.
1 cup Mug Dal. (Yellow)
Method
- To bribe (to wet) mug dal 4 to 5 hours and then grind it.
- Mix the chopped Spinach, 1 chopped onion, garlic paste, ginger paste,
grind mug Dal, green chillis paste, sault.
- Give steam to make it dry.Then cut it into small roll like kabab.
- Make deep fry or top fry .
Serve hot it with Green Chutney or with Tomato Ketchup.
