I am Raghavendra. This chatni can be used for rice, upma, chapati or anything that you. It is North Karnataka style chutney. like!!!

Groundnut Chatni

Ingredients

1 cup Ground nuts
Salt as per taste
2 tsp Chilli powder/chillies
2 tsp Jaggery.
2 tsp Tamarind.

Procedure

  1. Dry-fry the ground nuts till it become reddish in colour
  2. Remove the cover
  3. Cut onion to small pieces
  4. Grind the groundnut
  5. Add salt, chilli poweder or chilli accordint to taste
  6. Grind again.
  7. After it mixed up well now put tamerind water.
  8. grind it again
  9. Now add onion to it and grind for 2-3 seconds! Make sure that onion is not fully crunched!
  10. Now add very little jaggery and grind it again.

Take out the chatni from mixi-pot and add corainder and you can also dress with coconut!
