Paneer jhalfrezi

Ingredients

Paneer -150gms
Capsicum-3tbsp
Onion- 1 (diced)
ginger-garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Zeera - 1 tsp
Tomato-1 (diced)
Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-3/4 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice- 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Take oil in a pan add zeera.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste, onion, capsicum and salt.
  3. Cook for sometime and then add red chilly, turmeric and coriander powder.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes and then add Paneer and tomato.
  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes and then add lime juice
  6. Paneer jhalfrezi is ready serve it hot.
