Moong Vada
Ingredients
2 cups whole moong
2 Tsp Besan floor
5 to 6 green chillies
salt & sugar to taste
1 tsp zeera,1 sp oil,
3 big onion finely chopped
1 tsp ginger garlic paste,
little dhania&kadi patta
Method:
- Soak the moong for 7 to 8 hours and take out from
water and tie them in white muslin cloth for whole
night(until they get sprout).
- Take the sprouted moong and put them in mixi with
chillies, zeera, ginger garlic paste & sugar and salt
and make a paste( don't make too smooth paste)
- Now add all onion,dhania,kadipatta(finely chopped)
to the above prepared moong.
- Now add 1 spoon oil and 2 spoon besan to the above
preparation
- Make now little moong vada's in oil and deep fry
them in until they become golden brown in colour
- Now the tasty moong vada's are ready to serve with
evening Tea
