Egg Masala Curry
Ingredients
eggs 4 (Boiled)
Onion - 2 large
Red chilli powder - 2 tsps
Dhaniya powder - 1 tsp
tamarind pulp little (as per taste)
salt - 2 tsps (per taste)
Oil 5 tbsps
Method :
- Chop the onions and fry them in 4 tbsps of oil on medium flame.
- Once the onions turn golden brown colour switch the flame off and let it cool.
- Once cool grind the onion along with the tamarind pulp.
- Take the boiled eggs and try to cut them at the top ( donot cut them open but they need to take in the masala) Now heat the remaining oil and fry the eggs in the oil for some tine(3-4 min).
- Then put the onion paste into it.
- Add the red chilli powder and then the dhaniya powder.
- Let this boil for a couple of minutes.
- Then add the salt and the coconut powder and switch off the flame after 2 minutes.
U can also add little masala powder if u like it spicy.
