Mango Pie
Ingredients
Mango Pulp 1 Can (Indian Store)
8 oz Heavy Whipping Cream
8 oz Soft Cream Cheese
2 Pie filling Crust
Sugar 8 tbsp
1 packet of Knox Gelatin (unflavored)
1 cup water
Method:
- Boil one cup water.
- Mix Gelatin till it dissolves.
- In a blender, blend cream cheese till its smooth. Add heavy whipping cream, mango pulp and sugar and blend once. Later add the gelatin water blend once again.
- Pour this mixture into the pie crust.
- Freeze for 2 hours. Before eating, cut it like a cake n garnish with Reddi whip or your choice of nuts/fruit. Enjoy!
