Korean Vegetable Rice

Ingredients

Garlic - 1 pod
Spinach - 1 Cup finely chopped
Rice - 1 Cup
Tomatoes - 3
Salt - 1 Tsp
Green Chiles - 2 to 3
Oil - 1/2 cup

Method

  1. Soak rice in water for 1/2 hour.
  2. Heat oil.Peel & add garlic in whole pieces.
  3. Slightly brown them.
  4. Add tomatoes,salt & green chilies & allow to slimmer on low heat for 10 mins..
  5. Now add palak & rice with 1 cup of water,cook on slow heat till rice is cooked.
  6. Sprinkle Pepper & serve with your favourite side dish.

Serve - 2 to 3 persons
