Potato Masala Vada
Ingredients
Potato - 1
Onion - 2
Channa Dal - 1 Cup
Ginger - 1 inch
Green Chilli - 2
Hing - 2 pinch
Coriander leaves - 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method:
- Soak Channa Dal for 4 hours.
- Grind Channa Dal, Ginger, Hing with salt in a
mixer.
- Grate Potato and add it to the grinded mixture.
- The mixture should
be thick.
- Chop onion, green chilli and coriander leaves and add it to the
mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan and make a ball of the mixture and flat it a
little bit and fry in oil.
- This is a healthy snack which kids will love.
Soak time - 4 hours.
Preparation time - 30 minutes
Makes - 15 Vada.
