Hello,
This is Hina Shahed from Muscat, Oman. I am 17 years and love cooking,especially desserts! This is my first contribution. Mast Chakachak Flan

Ingredients

2 cups Gelatin powder
2 cups hot water
2 cups Fresh cream
Biscuits (6 biscuits per layer)
Mango (chopped) or any fruit
1/2 cup castor sugar

Procedure:

  1. Mix gelatin in hot water, until completely dissolved.
  2. Leave to cool aside.
  3. Add 1 cup fresh cream and beat this in the mixie.
  4. Crush the biscuits and spread evenly on a tray.
  5. Put half of the gelatin mixture on top evenly.
  6. Then layer the mango pieces.
  7. Add another layer of biscuits and then gelatin and again mangoes.Any no. of layers can be made. Refrigerate for atleast 4 hours.

Icing:

  1. Over a bowl of ice-cold water, immerse another bowl containing the remaining cream.
  2. Beat strokes with a fork gently in the upward direction.
  3. Add the castor sugar and mix well only with the fork! Put this in the icing cone and keep the cone in fridge.
  4. After the flan is ready and set, decorate with the icing.

Serves: 5-6 persons
Cooking time: 20 minutes
