I am Camille here is a simple potato salad.

Potato Salad

Ingredients

5 large Potatoes
2 Celery Stalks
1 packet of Frozen Mixed Vegetables
1 can chunk Pineapple
1 large Onion
1 tbsp of Mustard ground
4 tbsp of Mayonaise
1 tbsp Sugar
1 teaspoon Vinegar

Method:

  1. Dice potatoes and cook until tender not too soft. Add frozen veges when the potatoes are almost done. Drain and run cold water on it.
  2. Chop onions, celery. In a large bowl mix all of these ingredients (the onions, celery salt and pepper to taste ground mustard, pineapples).
  3. Now add the drained potatoes and veges. Mix well careful not to mash. Then add mayonaise stir until mixed well.
  4. Place in a fancy bowl garnish with paprika and a sprig of parsley. Refrigerate.
