Hi,
I am very much interested in Indian Cooking.
I tried this recipe when I got tired of the usual South
Indian food, turned out to be very good.

Mint Pulav
Ingredients
1 bowl full of mint leaves
1 medium sized onion.
5 cloves of garlic
5 green chilies
small piece of ginger
1/2 tsp of jeera
Cardomom(whole) and Cloves for flavor
2 tsps of ghee
1 tsp of coriander powder
2 cups of basmati rice
salt to taste
Method:
Fry cardomom, cloves, jeera, onion and green chilies in ghee
till onion turns golden brown.
Grind garlic, mint, ginger, coriander powder smoothly.
Add this mix to the tawa and let it cook till the ghee separates
Add the mix and salt to the rice and cook in a electric cooker.
Serve hot with any raita.
(You can add vegetables like carrot, peas, beans)

Cooking time: 1/2 an hr
